I lost my account

I lost my account ID. I lost Amazon MFA from my Microsoft authentication. I forgot IAM users. Whenever I try other ways to sign in, it crashes in the 2nd step.

Edit: I got my account ID and also a user but that user also has MFA.

If you know your AWS account ID or AWS root user email address, you may be able to contact AWS from the URL below to repair MFA.
