IP blocked by Outlook

0

Hello,

Messages sent from our mailserver is blocked by Outlook because they block the IP range it's in. We've asked them to unblock our specific IP, but it looks like they can not do that. How can we solve this? Can you contact Outlook (see their message below)? Do you offer virgin IPv4 IPs that never have been abused or could we run our mail server on IPv6-only so this won't happen again? We don't send out mail to a general audience and our domain name has never been blacklisted.

An error message from Outlook:

"Unfortunately, messages from [........112.147] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3140)."

Thank you so much for your help.

Hi,

Only AWS support will be able to do something about this. If you logged into your AWS console you can connect support via the support page: https://support.console.aws.amazon.com/support/

  • Glad they where able to help. For problems like this the vendors will work with each other to make sure their ip lists aren't getting blocked.

  • Could you post who you contacted and how? I've been attempting to get a block removed by using their service at https://sender.office.com/ for over a month now with no replies.
