AppSync Private API On premise VPN access

Hi, I configured appsync for private api, I created VPC, Appsync VPC endpoint, etc. and Im accessing the api from the VPC networks with success.

Additionally I configure an OpenVPN Access Server in a public network of my VPC and is working well, Im connecting from my office to the AppSync API through VPN and it's working well.

My question is, In my office i want to route the traffic to the AppSync API through the VPN and the rest of the traffic through internet (WAN). What options do i have to create that route? May I use the IP address associated to AppSync API or do I need to create a local DNS, or any other option to do it?
