I am now using AWS Simple Email Service, and I have already verity the two of my own domains.
However, on January 24, I switched from a .net domain to an .im domain, and then I had the problem described below.
I also set up my own post office through Mailu, using the .im domain I purchased a few days ago. However, I find that I cannot receive emails from AWS Simple Email Service, and it seems to be a hard bounce according to the AWS SES Dashboard. But I have added the relevant DNS records according to Mailu's prompts, and I am receiving notification emails from AWS and other service providers, I just can't receive them from the AWS SES automated program, which seems odd. This problem only occurs when sending from AWS SES with an incoming email suffix of the .im domain I purchased a few days ago, emails sent to others via AWS SES seem to be working fine.
I also sent a Ticket yesterday asking if I had received a restriction on this service for my account. However, AWS replied that I was not restricted and they recommended that I escalate the work order to a technical work order or ask the community for help.
Maybe I should update my DNS record? How can I solved this problem, and thanks for Community's help.
