我想让移动端接入aws s3的sdk，电商app新增短视频模块，app部署在本地，视频存储直接上传到S3里，想问下选择预签名URL上传信息的方式的话，可以实现分段上传视频文件么？服务端如何授权给移动端

预签名URL上传的话，走http client就可以了，服务端负责生产预签名URL即可
