Restrictions on login using IP address when using AWS SSO cloud application.

Hi there,
Is it possible to restrict login by source IP address when using AWS SSO cloud application?
I want to use AWS SSO as IdP for logging in to MuleSoft AnyPoint.
I know that I can restrict access to the AWS Management Console by source IP address by using Permission sets, but I'm not sure if it is possible to restrict login by source IP address when using AWS SSO cloud application.
If it is possible to restrict login by IP address when using AWS SSO cloud application, please let me know how to configure it.
