AWS Data Pipeline stuck in state DELETING

Hi AWS Team,

There is a data pipeline which is stuck in the state DELETING for some time now, which has never happened before.

The pipeline ID is df-02620721YVOGSCYDLKDT, in the us-west-2 region.

Could you please provide guidance on what causes the issue and if I can fix it from my end?

I am unsure if there has been an action taken by the AWS team but after 6 days the pipeline got properly deleted.
