How do I terminate my Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway, Data Transfer and Systems Manager services

I am logged in as root user but I don't see where to terminate these services.

You can delete any configured items for each of those services in the AWS Console. Make sure that you delete from from any regions that you have configured them in. You can change your region select at the top-right of the AWS Console window.
