My putty connection times and xrdp doesn't connect anymore

Hello, yesterday night my server was working. It was a bit a laggy/slow but working. Today i rebooted the server 3 times and still won't let me login with my password in Putty and xrdp stopped working. I need help please. Its the connection timed out error...how do i fix this? I literally didn't do anything and it stopped woorking.... Thanks
