Why does Skill Builder no longer detects subscription

I got AWS Skillbuilder subscription on on 06/15. I was able to access the subscriber only content for a couple of days, but as of today 06/17 The content is listed on my Learner Dashboard, selecting it takes me to the individual lessons, but 'START HERE' (in this case a practice exam) brings me back to the Learner Dashboard. Bellow 'My Courses' is a "SUBSCRIBE NOW" Banner.

Skills builder is in my account billing, I never tried to cancel the subscription but It stopped picking it up.

My Activities show historically correct information. ( Total time, active courses )

I think it would be best to first contact AWS about the problem using the URL below.

Also, There is a possibility that you are accessing AWS Skillbuilder with the wrong user, so please make sure that you are accessing with the correct user.
