How to latest version Id of object stored in s3 in cloudformation/serverless? I need this to set configuration version of aws:appconfig:deployment in my serverless file. I don't want to hardcover version id.

You may want to look into AWS::CloudFormation::CustomResource. This will allow you to execute a Lambda function to find the latest version of an object in S3.
