Problem with aws skill builder

Hello! I have one problem with aws skill builder. When i want to access for example the cloud económica acreditation link, i get 403 error forbidden and i can't get My acreditations :(

    I am unable to sign-in to AWS Skill Builder, I used my amazon.in, sign-in credentials, message says, something went wrong. I am very new to AWS. Please help?
