Unable to view the dashboard

When I clicked the dashboard link, it took me to the QuickSight default home page (not the dashboard view). If it's an access issue, I'd expect an error message indicating "no access", however there's no error returned and that's why I'm confused. Could anyone help me figure this out? Thanks!

Hi there

From the note I understand when you open a dashboard it takes you to the QuickSight default home page, not the dashboard view.

Please note QuickSight is a default page when you want to open dashboard from there you will see available dashboards, choose Dashboards at left. Choose any dashboard on the page you want to open it.
