AWS re:Post is a community support forum for Amazon Web Services, which is not to same as Amazon the retailer, nor Amazon Prime.

You're advised to contact Amazon using the contact details on their website - do a Google search to find them - and the details might also be on the email that you may have received when you signed up with them.
