AWS organizations

Hi, I have two aws admin accounts and am trying to create an organization. But I cannot because i am not getting the invites on either of my accounts. I receive emails for the invites, but when I log in, I can't find the invitation on my accounts. I have never created an organization; this is my first time, so I am missing anything because i am receiving emails of the invite , but i am not getting them on the accounts so i cant accept them.
