I wanted to know the list of high privilege actions . I remember earlier there was a documentation, but I am now unable to find.

Hello.

I'm not sure which old document you read, but the list of managed policies is listed in the document below.
Policies in this document with names containing "FullAccess" or "Admin" are generally strong managed policies.
