Is 'CodeDeployDefault.OneAtATime' a 'Zero Downtime deployment'?

If I set the deployment configurations for the deployment group of CodeDeploy to CodeDeployDefault.OneAtATime and deploy to two servers, does the deployment to the other server start when the deployment to one server is completed? (Is it a Zero Downtime Deployment?)

Hi,

As far as I know, CodeDeployDefault.OneAtATime minimizes downtime but it does not completely eliminate them, as there might be a short period of time when some instances have the new application revision and some do not, causing little downtime.
