I confirm the issue. Tried from IPad (Chrome and Safari) the same empty file
I guess need to report it to AWS Support and they will redirect to the appropriate team https://aws.amazon.com/contact-us/

Did you strictly follow the procedure described at https://docs.aws.amazon.com/pricing-calculator/latest/userguide/export-estimate.html ?
If yes, then, open a ticket to AWS Support.
On my side, I just made a trial: it's not empty

Same issue on IPad too Do I need to log in with AWS account to have access to AWS Support?
AWS Pricing calculator is not related to any AWS account. It's public resource, so the idea here is just to send request somewhere in AWS and they will decide where to forward it (which team is responsible for this tool)
