How to check billing details of each SaaS product subscribed on AWS Marketplace in "AWS Cost Explorer"

Hi there, Is there a way to find out how much I got billed from each SaaS product that I subscribed on AWS Marketplace in Cost Explorer?

I could only check the "total" billings of AWS Marketplace products I subscribed in AWS Cost Explorer(-have finished billing integration in Marketplace Console), but I want to check "the billing detail of each product" like the chart in this aws blogpost; https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/aws-cloud-financial-management/monitoring-your-aws-marketplace-costs-and-usage/ )

Per the blog post you referenced, you need to choose 'AWS Marketplace' in the Billing entity filter (there is also a Billing Entity option under the 'Group By Dimension - this is not what you want). You then select 'Service' in the Group By Dimension. If you're looking for Monthly costs - select 'Monthly' in the Granularity dropdown.
