I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with configuring your domain. A good place to start debugging is in the domain details page in the WorkMail console. Are all domain records green on that page? If so you can check the SES console for Inbound rules. Are all active actions succeeding?
If that is all correct but you still are unable to receive mail, do you receive a bounce message? Can you post the error from the bounce message on this page?
