SMS messaging is coming through as UNVERIFIED even though sender id is all set up and applied. Im in ap-southeast-2

I have an application that is written in c# and is using aws sns to send the message. I am out of sandbox. The message comes through fine, however, it comes through as UNVERIFIED. I have also hired an extra tech to check everything I have done, and we are not seeing any issues at our end. Is there a way to check that the sender id has been properly registered? Is there something else we could be missing? Unverified screenshot
