Billing but I do not have a instance

Dear Guys I do not have any instances, but Amazon charges me about 0.13 USD what should I do to cancel this?

Hello.
EBS may have been left undeleted in us-east-1.
If it remains, delete it.

Also, check to see if any snapshots or other data have been left behind.

Hi, please navigate to https://us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/home?region=us-east-1#Volumes: and delete all volumes there.
Also if you want to get a refund, you can raise a case with support to get this refunded till to accidental use.

there is nothing in Volumes
If EBS cannot be found in the target region, it is considered that it has already been deleted. So I don't think the bill will go up any more.
