Hi, I want to upload recordings into WorkDocs? Can we upload it?

I can confirm that mp4s recordings can be uploaded into WorkDocs, as I have personally done this. If you have issues with performing this action, I would recommend logging a support ticket.

The following file types are supported for audio and video .mp4, .3gp, .mov, .m4a, and .m4v.

As long as your recordings are one of the above, it should be possible.
