CloudFormation cannot update tags on Elastic Beanstalk Environments

Hi,

I just noticed that it is not possible to update the tags set on an AWS::ElasticBeastalk::Environment resource through CloudFormation. I thought it strange, since it is possible to do it through the elastic beanstalk console (select environment -> click tags -> click update), triggering an environment update. This works perfectly for other changes such as configuration, source bundle, ...

Do you plan on making this available?

This seems to have been fixed in the 2019-04-04 release of Elastic Beanstalk: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/elasticbeanstalk/latest/relnotes/release-2019-04-04-tagging-clients.html.
