Do AWS BYOIP apply limits on port 25

EC2 and Lambda functions have limitations for Port 25 to avoid mail spam Users can request to have the limitations increased or lifted as per https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/ec2-port-25-throttle - but the usual answer is "No, use SES"

When using BYOIP, do the same port 25 limitations apply for EC2 services? This is not asking about SES.

You can bring your own IP to SES. See https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/dg/dedicated-ip-byo.html

    I understand you don't like the answer, but if you want your own IP, it is the recommended solution.

    There is no exception on EC2 with BYOIP.
