Have paid but can't access labs in skillbuilder


On Friday, 3rd November 2023, I was notified by my bank that a charge for my AWS services had been successfully processed and cleared. However, as of today, Sundat, 5th November 2023, my AWS Billing and Cost Management Console still reflects this transaction as 'pending'. Due to this, I am unable to access the Labs on the AWS Skill Builder website, which is critical for my ongoing projects and learning.
