Hello.
What happens if you change the browser or PC you are using to access it?
Does the IAM user have the required policies?
Also, can you access it with a different IAM user and check if it reproduces?
There may be a problem with your network, so try connecting your PC to another network and accessing the management console.

Enable developer tools in chrome browser and check for any warning and errors under network tab

The problem still exists. When I view the network tab I get some kind of network connection error. When I try in Microsoft Edge I get the same error.
I will try and attach the screenshots to the original question.

Thanks for your suggestion. I have tried with Microsoft Edge and get the same error. I've tried as the root user and get the same error. I've attached screenshots of the errors I get, they may be familiar to you?
