I am trying to create a public certificate for a fhir client but was told I needed additional verification required. How would I go about doing this? I cannot put in a support ticket because I do not have an upgraded account. how can i get someone to authenticate the public certificate?

Hi, thank you for reaching out to us with your question. Please reference the doc link attached [1] to this message for more information regarding this issue. ACM requires additional information to process certificate requests from you as this is a fraud-protection measure if your domain ranks within Alexa's top 1000 websites list. We also might need to whitelist your domain if it indeed falls within Alexa's top 1000 websites list, for which you would need to reach out via a support case.

To do this, you would need to subscribe to a proper support plan for us to troubleshoot this issue much further to dive deeper into the root cause of it. The link provided at [2] has the steps for how to subscribe to a Support Plan. Please note at the bottom of that doc link that if the Support plan you choose has a monthly cost associated with it, then your payment method is automatically charged the prorated monthly cost according to the days remaining in the current month. When this charge is processed, your AWS Support subscription is activated within a few hours.

Also an important reminder to not share any confidential information(such as domain name) over re:Post as this is a public platform.
