Why was my request denied?


I don't agree with SES support, because my request to leave the sandbox was denied, I answered all the questions in the case, but it did not bring any results. Reconsider your decision please. Case id: 9471389061

  • I have same issue, already 6 days trying to fix it and find out any support from AWS!

  • Thanks for the answer, there are no problems with our account, the domain belongs to us and is clean, spam check list we constantly check it for any listings in email spamlist, also all credit information is normal and is used only for this account. We hoped for your help, but again we are convinced of your biased and unprofessional attitude towards your users.
