AWS Client VPN for Windows on ARM processors

Question

Microsoft Surface laptops are mostly ARM these days. Being a popular device I am surprised to learn that AWS Client VPN doesn't work for Windows ARM64 devices.

If your not using SSO on client VPN, you can use an OpenVPN supported client for now.

As of now, there is no official support or confirmed workaround for AWS Client VPN on Windows ARM64 devices, including Microsoft Surface laptops with ARM processors. This is indeed a limitation that affects users of these increasingly popular devices.
