Deploying SSL cert for HTTPS listener

It currently points to an certificate from the ACM. I imported a new cert after renewal. Should I bounce the target servers after I associated the newly imported cert?

Is this certificate associated on Elastic Load Balancer? If yes, no need to bounce Targets. SSL terminates on ELB and ELB is already synced with ACM and will auto recognise new certificate as ARN donot change when cert is re imported/renewed.

    ARN does change. This certificate was renewed externally. I already imported the new cert that has another year for expiration. ARN is not same as what is currently associated.

I pointed to the new ARN and bounced the servers.
