Adding Dubai Bank Credit Card to AWS Account for Indian User

As an Indian user, I am unable to add my Dubai Bank credit card to my AWS account because the dropdown only shows Indian banks. How can I add my Dubai Bank credit card to my AWS account?

Yes, the cards we use are included in the list mentioned in the document. The issue I'm facing is that I'm unable to select any country other than India when adding a new payment method.
