My Account is not getting activated

Hello Team I have paid all the bills as requested by the support team but stillI am getting this response "Our service team confirmed that this account is related to other AWS accounts. For security reasons, we can’t share or discuss information related to those accounts through this support case. " Since I use AWS only for learning purpose and using it almost 3 years I seriously dont remmember what is the AWS account to which it is linked to ,can anyone help me how to reactivate my AWS account I have been following up on this case since last 1 month with no proper solution your help is really expected here

Hello.

Does this mean that I may have multiple AWS accounts?
For example, have you enabled AWS Organizations and created an AWS account in the past?
