Event sent for RDS Cluster Snapshot copy

Question

I have to roll my own cross account backup service due to Amazon BackUp limitations.

I have it almost ready there is one missing piece. When I copy an automated snapshot, so that it can be shared with another account, I need to receive an event once it's complete.

For an instance snapshot this is no problem, RDS-EVENT-0197 is sent. However, if I copy a cluster snapshot no event is sent. Is this expected behaviour?

[RDS Cluster events ](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/USER_Events.Messages.html#USER_Events.Messages.cluster-snapshot) doesn't have an event category for snapshot copy job.
