Create Cloud9 Environment on Lightsail

Question

Trying to create an environment for Cloud9 on my Lightsail instance. I've installed Python and node.js. I get this message: "Your request failed because there’s a conflict with current state of the target resource. Please change the properties and try again." and "Your request failed because there’s a conflict with current state of the target resource. Please change the properties and try again." I have an external IPv4 address. Any suggestions?

Hello.

Judging from this answer, there may be a problem with the SSH key settings.
