Could not create SageMaker domain due to S3 bucket creation failure

Hi AWS, I have an SSO permission set using which I am trying to setup SageMaker Studio. As you know before setting up the studio, the first step is to setup the domain. I have attached the Administrator permission to the permission set and using Quick Setup (1 min) method for the same and it creates the SageMaker Execution Role and SageMaker Canvas Forecast Role but unfortunately I am still facing the issue and getting the error Could not create SageMaker domain due to S3 bucket creation failure. Also from an administrative point of view I want to know what are the steps I need to follow sequentially to setup SageMaker domain and studio following the concept of IAM least privilege access. Please assist
