Yes, you could install it on an EC2 instance.

Per the projects GitHub page, official binaries are available for Windows, Linux, macOS and FreeBSD.

For it to be particularly useful, you would need to use a GPU enabled instance such as the following.
https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/instance-types/#Accelerated_Computing

Keep in mind the pricing of these instance types before launching.
https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/pricing/on-demand/
