port 25 SMTP restrictions removal

We are trying to remove port 25 smtp limitations from our instance. As per Aws, it is already lifted but still it is not working. ***** Can you please help

    Can you further explain the issues you're experiencing? In what way is it "not working"? What have you done so far to remove port 25 SMTP limitations?

If so, can you please provide additional details on issues you are experiencing and steps taken to use port 25?
