Hello,

I'm sorry to see the trouble with your account reinstatement.

Please keep in mind, it can take up to 24 hours for services to be fully functioning as stated in this article: https://repost.aws/knowledge-center/reactivate-suspended-account.

I've raised awareness to our internal teams, on your behalf. They will reach out within your open support case as soon as they're able to provide next steps.

I understand your frustration with your AWS account remaining suspended even after making the payment.

When an account is suspended due to non-payment, making the payment is the first step, but it doesn't automatically reactivate the account. The reactivation process typically requires manual intervention from the AWS Support team, which can take some time - usually up to 24 hours or more in some cases.

Here are some steps you can take while waiting for your account to be reactivated:

  1. Continue monitoring your support case. Since you've already opened case #************, keep checking it for updates.

  2. Ensure you're checking all email addresses associated with your AWS account, including spam folders, for any communications from AWS.

  3. Make sure all your contact information in your AWS account is up-to-date.

  4. If you don't receive a response within 1-2 business days, consider updating your existing support case to request an update.

  5. If you have an AWS Account Manager or are working with an AWS Partner, consider reaching out to them for assistance in escalating the issue internally.

Unfortunately, there isn't a way to immediately reactivate the account on your own after payment. The delay is often due to the need for AWS to verify the payment and ensure there are no other outstanding issues with the account. Continue to engage with AWS Support through your open case, as they are the primary channel for resolving this issue.
