Help Lightsail Is Not Working For Me

Question

I have an iMac. I'm trying to set up a virtual Windows platform in order to use an application that only runs on Windows. For some reason, Lightsail is not working for me. A year ago I was able to set up a free tier Virtual Windows platform. That was able to run my application. That program seems to no longer be available. Now with Lightsail, I'm having an issue. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?

I realized that I should probably be using EC2 and not Lightsail. The application I'm using is for the Warrior Trading simulator. When I started the Lightsail instance, my application wouldn't recognize it as being Windows. I kept getting an alert that said:  
  
"You can’t open the application “LatestWarriorSIM (4).exe” because Microsoft Windows applications are not supported on macOS"

Lightsail doesn't offer MacOS instances.  
  
Lightsail offers Windows & Linux instances.  
  
How are you trying to run this app?

Not trying to confuse. I understand Lightsail doesn't offer MacOS instances. I was trying to create a Window instance that would allow me to operate an app on my Mac. I have since found out that Lightsail is not what I needed. Thanks.
