Unable to create the environment.

I logged into CloudShell with my root account, and I encountered the error message: 'Unable to create the environment. Your account verification is in progress. This may take up to two days for new accounts. If you have any further questions, contact AWS Support. To retry, delete the environment by selecting Actions, Delete AWS CloudShell home directory.'

However, my account is not a newly created account, so I'm confused as to why this error is occurring. How can I resolve this issue?

Hello.

Since there is a high possibility that the user cannot resolve the issue, please contact AWS Support by opening a case under "Account and billing" as described in the error message.
Inquiries under "Account and billing" can be made free of charge.
