There is no "Performance Insights" section in RDS cluster modification

According to the above article I can turn on performance insight when modify the instance, but I don't see "performance insights" section, what's wrong?

My RDS instance class is t3.medium. Aurora MySQL 3.06 (8.0.34)

Hello.

Aurora MySQL Performance Insights is not available for t3 instance classes.
Therefore, if you are using t3.medium, the checkbox to enable it will not be displayed.
