Cannot delete bucket and recreate it

Hi,
I deleted S3 buckets this morning and some hours later the bucket still there. I need to recreate into a new region, but the bucket seems to be an inconsistent state (no region, Delete button not work and when I go inside the bucket through console we have an error message : Error Data not found).

Bucket configurations have an eventual consistency model. i.e., If you delete a bucket and immediately list all buckets, the deleted bucket might still appear in the list. [+] https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/userguide/Welcome.html#ConsistencyModel
