Implement CAPTCHA on Cognito Login (with default Login UI)

I would like to implement CAPTCHA verification on my Cognito Login page. I'm currently using the default Login UI (no code on the client side), so, if possible, I'd like to apply the changes using only the AWS console. I already created Web ACL with the CAPTCHA rule, but I'm not able to see the CAPTCHA in the login form. It's worth mentiong that I'm not using Amplify.
