How To Include My GST Number In Tax Invoice

I registered a domain name and I got a tax invoice for that. I missed adding my GST number in my account setting, hence, I proceeded to add the GST number. Since I added the GST number later, will I get the invoice with my GST number included in it? I am yet to make the payment.
