Payment was unsuccessful for AWS Skill Builder

On July 23 I got individual annual plan for Skills Builder, however due to a recent change on my payment methods the payment was unsuccessful. Right after this email I updated the payment method and today I have received an email that the payment method was unable to be billed however I don't see on my application's bank any attempt to be billed. I tried to manually complete the payment on my console but no payments due are displayed in the payment section. Can you please provide next steps to fix this issue so that I can have access to the skills builder dashboard?
