Domain name renewal for 10 years

Just tried to renew my domain name for a 10 year period and received the following email. What parameters are not valid?

Dear AWS customer, We weren't able to automatically renew registration of the arsenex.com domain. This happened for the following reasons: • Parameters in request are not valid We apologize for the inconvenience. For more information, contact Amazon Web Services Customer Support. Regards, Amazon Route 53
