Elasticache T instance types unlimited mode

I would like to enable unlimited mode on the Elasticache Tx node types but I am unable to find information on how to enable/configure this. The following mentions T3 instances launch with unlimited mode by default, does that include Elasticache instances? https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/burstable-performance-instances-how-to.html#modify-burstable-performance-instances

ElastiCache only supports general purpose TX node types, as a result the option to enable unlimited mode on ElastiCache is not available.
