AWS Reports Problem

Question

We request the _GET_FLAT_FILE_ALL_ORDERS_DATA_BY_ORDER_DATE_ report with the API several times throughout the day.  Over the past three days we have experienced the report request remaining in "_SUBMITTED" mode seemingly forever and never being processed.

Other reports we use throughout the day, such as _GET_FLAT_FILE_OPEN_LISTINGS_DATA_, are working just fine.  They go from "_SUBMITTED", to "_IN_PROGRESS" and to "_DONE".

Has a changed been made or current problem with the API that could be causing this?  Is any one else experiencing this problem with the same Order report?

Edit:  I am currently requesting the same report using AWS Scratchpad, and the every GetReportRequestList only shows "_SUBMITTED" for the requested report.

If my Internet search is correct, that is an Amazon retail report; this forum is specifically for Amazon Web Services Q&A; I'm sorry - this isn't the right place to find an answer to your question. My search does show it as "Amazon Marketplace Web Service" but that's not the same thing - it's an API for the Amazon Marketplace but I can understand the confusion that similar names cause.
