Workdocs Drive persistent login

Greetings, we started to use workspaces recently and workdocs so I installed workdocs drive on a computer to keep files in sync with anything that we work on the workspace. Now the problem is, every time I start up the local computer, workdocs drive requires sign-in which is a bit crazy considering any other application similar to this (one drive, dropbox, etc) keeps me logged in. The checkmark to remember username is checked as that is the only thing it remembers, but I still need to input the mfa and password. What am I missing? Does anyone know how to fix this?
